Getting connected

Step 1	Call sales on 1800 944 861

	Call our sales lines on 1800 944 861 and we'll check your area for availability. Lines are Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6pm. Once you have signed up, we will send you a TalkTalk welcome pack in the post in the next 7 days. This will tell you your start dates for all your TalkTalk services.

Step 2	Go live with your chosen TalkTalk call plan

	Once your phone line switches to TalkTalk, you will start saving on local, national and international calls. In some cases this will go live the same day as your broadband, but this will be advised in the letters your receive from us once you sign up.

Step 3	Your modem pack arrives

	Your wired or wireless TalkTalk modem will be sent to you as your broadband connection date approaches.

Step 4	Go live with TalkTalk Broadband as near as possible to your quoted date, you will go live with TalkTalk broadband.
